This is a thoroughly remodeled cozy 1 bedroom/1 bathroom unit in a duplex. Located in Downtown Bothell, you will be a short walk away from the numerous restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops. The University of Washington Bothell and Cascadia College campuses are just a 10 minute walk, as is the Sammamish River/Burke-Gilman Trail. A 10 minute car ride puts you in the middle of Woodinville Wine Country; Lynnwood and Bellevue are at 20 minutes, and Downtown Seattle is a half-hour away.

Great, responsive host. We stayed here while we were transitioning from the sale of our house. Really needed and enjoyed all the amenities and kitchen supplies. Easy 405 freeway access, plus UW Bothell campus.
