The perfect Getaway

Lovely location quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle. Only blocks away from great views overlooking the water and sunsets. Great restaurants close by too.

Great vacation spot

Great Location and wonderful place to stay. The host was very responsive and helpful. Very clean and comfortable, it even had a pack and play. Well stocked kitchen for cooking.

This is a very nice townhouse to stay in and is certainly in an amazing location....minutes from the path along the Peuget Sound and minutes away from the center of Edmonds with its shops, restaurants, art galleries, coffee shops, etc. We were disappointed there was no air conditioning which we understand was not commonly put in new construction in that era. It is beautifully decorated with contemporary textiles, art and decor. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location and the best accommodations

Ginna’s place is perfectly equipped with everything you could possibly need. A large cook’s kitchen and full size washer and dryer make it ideal for both long and short stays. Even better is the spotless home that is inviting and extremely comfortable. The beds are luxurious and the living room with large TV is perfect for relaxing. Located just a few blocks from the heart of charming Edmonds. The Saturday farmer’s market along with boutique shopping is complimented by fabulous restaurants on every block. Everything is an easy walk from Ginna’s place. The waterfront beaches, the ferry to Kingston and a delightful promenade on Sunset Ave is less than a 5 minute walk.

Staycation in downtown Edmonds

A fantastic location for exploring the city. We started each evening w a stroll down sunset ave ( one block away) and found some new bars and restaurants. The location has easy access to all of downtown by foot. Ferries come and go- just delightful!

Great location, easy walk capability

Loved the property. The inside of the condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I would make sure you’re aware of is that there are a lot of steps to get up to the condo, some from the parking area and then additionally up to the condo and then more steps to the bedroom. So if you have a accessibility concerns, you should be aware.

Sparkling clean, remodeled, walk to restaurants

This condo was extremely quiet, extra sparkling clean, and very comfy! This is a pro unit (so not living in someone’s personal stuff) which I prefer. It is stocked with soft towels, warm blankets, extra paper products, washer/dryer, and a complete kitchen. But why cook when you can walk 2 minutes to restaurants and coffee? The complex was silent during my 3 night stay. Due to the unit’s location in the complex I did not hear cars or the train from the main bedroom. Ginna went far above and beyond to accommodate me with a booking so last minute that the app would not even accept it. She was helpful and friendly and responsive. The easy walk to restaurants even saved me a day of car rental. It’s probably obvious that it’s not for anyone with compromised mobility, but to be specific, there are stairs from the street to the courtyard level, and from the courtyard to the front door, and to the only bathroom and bedrooms. I plan to stay here as often as I can.

Great location

Great location, close to all of downtown Edmonds, ferries, shops, Saturday market. Apartment is nice, clean, had basics in the kitchen, comfortable beds. Parking is only on the street, and the apartment didn't have the described parking passes for street parking, but we didn't have any trouble parking. The only other thing was the ice dispenser wasnt working. Minor issues and the host was very responsive and helpful. street overnight.

Girlfriends Getaway

Apt is nicely appointed. Lovely cool breeze at night. Quiet, close to sunset. Wonderful neighborhood walking and shopping. We would definately stay here again!

Pleasant Stay!

This townhouse was everything the host advertised it to be. It was clean and nicely furnished. It was close to all downtown Edmonds offers. The host was very nice to communicate with and made check in and check out easy. We will make this our go to place to stay in on our future visits to the Seattle area! Thank you Ginna!

Awesome Edmonds Bowl location

This property was a nice base of operations for the Edmonds area. Everything is walking and the property is nicely equipped. Our only comment was the heating, which was off and did not seem to work. We were very cold all week (in June !) and would have loved some heating. The unit temp was in the 50s most days inside.

Edmonds Excellence!

Fabulous property in the heart of the best Edmonds has to offer. Exceeded expectations - this is NOT your typical rental. Ginna is a terrific host and communicator! Her property is comfortably furnished with a fully equipped kitchen (think All-Clad pans and Glassy Baby decor for starters) and a great tea selection to boot! An extra-deep bathtub, fluffy towels and a slew of live plants added to a terrific 5-day stay…and a brand-new washer & dryer meant I went home with only clean clothes! I will be back…a lot! 5 stars and more!

The stay was much better than what I saw on the post - your in the heart of Edmonds a short walk to anything needed - Ginna is a great host and the kitchen was fantastic you have everything from a mixer to make holiday fare, an espresso machine everything really - Had a great stay we will be back for sure

Great property and location!
