With a tremendous location and amazing amenities, guests are sure to make fantastic memories during their stay at our place. This is a fabulous modern 3-story townhouse with your own rooftop deck in the heart of Ballard in Seattle. Well-appointed with AIR CONDITIONING for the hot Seattle summers! A lovely, spacious place to stay within walking distance to everything that Ballard has to offer and short jaunt to downtown, Pike Place Market, Space Needle, UW & Lake Union. Enjoy the roof-top deck while sipping your coffee in the morning & your wine at night. Walkable to beautiful Ballard to explore stores, coffee shops, restaurants, bars & more.

The townhome was very clean, newly renovated and well-stocked with all the essentials. This house was the perfect size for two couples with plenty of privacy. Brian, the property manager, was very responsive and helpful. Loved the rooftop patio - great place to enjoy takeout dinner or meditate!

Brian’s place was spotlessly clean, easily walkable to all of the places in Ballard. Brian was responsive to all of our questions and requests. We loved the rooftop patio.

Great location

The unit was very nice and clean. Quiet neighborhood for the most part. Parking is tricky so just be aware of that. Lots of street parking, but always full. Great walkable area and lots of options for restaurants.

We stayed a week to visit our son and tour Seattle. This was a great location for us. It was clean and modern with everything we needed. Host was very helpful and responsive.

Great place! Be ready to walk the stairs

This property was great for me! The location was nice as we could walk from the house to downtown and we even walked to the breweries. There were so great places to eat in the area. The property has lots of stair and you cannot avoid that so beware of that. Great place. Great host. Great fun

Wonderful Stay

Two of us stayed here in the Ballard area of Washington. Convenient to bus, shopping and restaurants. The property was a great layout for the two of us. One of us stayed on the first level and the other on the third and we met in the middle where the kitchen and dining area are. It was a wonderful stay and I would stay there again.
