- Main Bedroom: individual bathroom with standing shower head , A/C unit, king bed, high ceiling and walk-in closet.
- Guest Bedroom : does not have A/C unit, but has thermostate for hot air, high ceiling and walk-in closet.

There is typically free street parking available right next to the house's entrance. Most of the time, you should have no trouble finding a parking space on the same street as the house.

This was a great townhouse in a transitioning neighborhood. The place was very clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive to any questions. Everything was provided to make our stay simple and easy. Highly recommend.

Property was very nice and accurate to the listing description EXCEPT for the location when I originally booked it. The approximate location when I booked was within easy walking distance of the family we were in Seattle to visit. The location on the listing has since been updated, but I was disappointed when I received the actual address and realized that it was not in the neighborhood I thought it was. Apparently the address without the S(outh) designation would have been where I thought it was.

The property was exactly as advertised, very new, clean and well position in a transitional area. Very safe and quiet. The bed was comfortable and all the normal comforts were provided for. The owner was super helpful and accommodating. The access to the city and the U-district was very easy via 23nd and MLK, just as described. We will stay again on our return trip to Seattle.

Excellent Stay

We overall had an excellent stay at this listing. The home was very clean when we arrived with all the amenities you would need. The location is perfect for any trips into Seattle and parking was easily available on the same street. Kanghui was quick to respond with any questions and provided all the information necessary for a relaxing weekend. Would certainly stay again!

Just as advertised, home was clean and cozy. We found the host to be responsive to all questions and pleasant. The home is set back from the street and very quiet, which was a plus. We’d highly recommend for 2-4 people. Do note address is 911 25th St S so you go to the right location
