Fees & Pricing
✦ Nightly rate includes up to 2 guests. Additional guests are charged per person, per night (max occupancy: 4). Unauthorized guests will incur a $250 fee per night.
✦ Stays beyond 15 nights require mid-stay cleaning every two weeks. The cleaning fee applies to each mid-stay cleaning.
✦ We do our very best to accommodate requests. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to a $45 fee, depending on our Housekeeping Team's operational capacity.

✦ Long-term stays are welcome, but bookings must be made in 28-day segments.
