This private, second-floor whole-home 2BR/2BA offers a bright, comfortable setting within easy walking distance of Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, UW Medical, and South Lake Union. It is well suited for medical professionals, researchers, families, and guests needing extended stays.
The home is fully furnished and thoughtfully arranged for longer visits, featuring a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, fast and reliable Wi-Fi, and a quiet residential environment. The living area includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate up to six guests when needed. Free on-site parking is included.
A neighborhood supermarket with fresh food and an excellent wine selection is located immediately next door, and several well-regarded restaurants and relaxed neighborhood bars are within walking distance. Lake Union views, bright living spaces, and a calm atmosphere provide a true home-away-from-home—ideal for comfort, flexibility, and rest during longer stays.
Extended stays of 14–90 nights are welcome.

We had a great stay at this B&B! The property was charming, comfortable, and overall a wonderful place to relax. We did run into a few minor issues during our stay, but the owner was incredibly responsive and addressed everything quickly, which we really appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

Family Birthday at Seattle Glass Blowing Studio followed by Chihuly Exhibit
Couldn't have been a more perfect weekend for a family birthday celebration. Ended up renting all three condos (1st-3rd floor). Host, Abraham was fantastic: helped us get situated (rented last condo at last minute) as well as ensuring all of our needs were met. Great location next to Lake Union and nearby amenities (grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, etc). Lovely streets to walk along and view the shore/house boats. Convenient to downtown (5-10 min drive). Uber available within mins. Highly recommend.

Quick Seattle Overnight. Wished we stayed longer.
My friends and I attended a one day conference in Seattle. We rented the property and found it charming and extremely quiet for being in the city. Perfect for us
We had appointments in Seattle all week and this was the perfect stay for us. Quiet, pleasant neighborhood with Pete’s (grocery) two doors away. Easy ingress and egress to the city. Nice walking neighborhood with places to enjoy the water view. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. We’d happily stay here again.
