Walk to Pike Place, Capitol Hill, everywhere is walkable! This is a one bedroom one bath condominium in a midcentury building with a sweeping city view. It is located on the 11th floor around the corner from the Washington State Convention Center in a secure building. There is a luxurious king bed in the closed door bedroom and both a double and single futon in the living room. The kitchen is equipped for cooking groceries picked up at the nearby Capitol Hill Farmers Market open twice a week!
The Elektra is an old Seattle, mid-century building in Downtown Seattle at the foot of Capitol Hill. No need to bring a car! Walking, Ride share services, electronic scooters and public transportation are at your door step. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home in an urban setting, this condo is perfect for you! It can host up to 4 people comfortably, but could fit up to 6 if there are kids in your group.
The living room has two futons (1 double, 1 single) with a large smart TV so you can log on to your favorite subscriptions. There is also a small desk in the corner looking out into the city for a small work space.
The kitchen is small, but equipped with everything you need for cooking! A coffee pot and microwave are included.
The bedroom includes a king size bed, dresser, and combo washer/dryer.
The building is controlled access. Upon check in you are provided with a virtual key and pin.
You may receive packages at the building sent to the condo number in your name. Please be aware that the concierge desk is typically available during the day except major holidays.
I want to make sure you have a comfortable stay! Guests will be provided with an in-person check-in to make sure all your needs are met and questions answered. I don’t live at the building, but I’m available for any questions or if you need anything during your stay. I try to respond as quick as possible.
Unfortunately, this unit does not come with a parking space. This is a great opportunity to be car free during your trip. Walking and public transportation are a great way to get around the city. To look for local parking garages during your stay, I recommend using the SpotHero app.
