There is ample street parking as well as designated off street parking. Please do not park or block the neighbors driveway/garage.

Great city retreat

We stayed in this condo for a family trip to seattle to do touristy things. Every member of our group enjoyed themsleves in this home. The sun came out for a perfect sun bathing experience on the rooftop deck the day we arrived. The host, Ash, is really great about getting back to you regqrding anything, which is nice. We will definitely stay here agqin!

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a great location and we were able to navigate around okay. The only thing we noticed was a musty smell in one of the bathrooms…not sure if that was from water damage or just coincidental. The place was overall clean but we could tell some of the areas were not clean when we arrived. Overall we had a good experience!

Beautiful!

Ash's place was perfect for my husband & me travelling with our married children! We each had our own floor and the house was decorated very cool. We would definitely stay again if we return to Seattle.

Guys weekend trip

Perfect location!

The location of the home was perfect, and other than a trip to Tahoma National Cemetery we were 15-20 minutes to most of our destinations. Once we figured out how to get to the garage, parking was easy and entering from the garage to the center of the home made navigating the stairs, for my elderly mother, much easier! She was able to stay in the bedroom on the 3rd floor giving her easy access to the main rooms (living/kitchen) and a walk in shower. As grown adults, it was nice to be able to separate by floor . We were able to easily get groceries and food delivered using Instacart and Door Dash Apps and enjoyed the views from the rooftop deck! The neighborhood was quiet and felt quite safe. Our host was very responsive to questions and input.

Amazing weekend in Seattle

The property was comfortable, clean and close to everything. Our favorite feature was the rooftop deck, I only wish we had better weather so we could use it more. Our family had a great weekend stay. A group of 12 of us stayed here comfortably, the house is excellent quality and in a lovely location. Would absolutely recommend this for large families or groups of friends! The rooftop patio was a major highlight with incredible views of the lake and downtown!

Seattle Girls’ Trip

This gorgeous home has amazing views of Seattle! It is centrally located which makes getting to Fremont, Queen Anne and Capitol Hill neighborhoods very easy. The home was immaculately clean and supplied with anything a guest could need. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

Queen Anne neighborhood Seattle stay

This house is absolutely perfect and the location was just right. We had a total of 10 adults and teens in our party. We stayed here for several days after our Alaskan cruise. We loved the location, decor and space; and the rooftop was an ideal spot for us to hang out with an incredible view. The manager responded quickly to our requests and was easy to communicate with. Thank you for sharing this awesome space with us while we were taking in all Seattle had to offer!

Family trip

Perfect for a family if you’re able to do stairs. Parking was tricky so we ended up ubering most places and wished we would have not rented a vehicle. The house was spacious and clean. There was a small grocery store within walking distance. Not many walking options for food. Overall the house was great and felt safe.

And an excellent, friendly host! After a long day of traveling, it was so nice arriving to an inviting home that is both luxurious and comfortable at the same time. The rooftop patio has incredible views! The home was spotless and had everything we needed. The location is also ideal - it was close to everything we wanted to do in Seattle. Wedding Weekend

We had 8 family members stay at the house for a family wedding. It was wonderful to visit with each other in the evenings on the roof top deck. The house has plenty of space and is in a great location. We walked along Lake Union and the up to Discovery Park. Thank you, Ash, for being an excellent host.
