*. Steps disclosure: This is a 3 stories townhouse and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be comfortable with stairs as there are 3 stories.
*. AC Disclosure: 1 mini split AC on top floor in the master bedroom. No AC but only tower fans in other bedrooms and living room.
*. Parking Disclosure: There is 1 parking space in the garage. Please note the garage is compact and suitable only for small or compact-sized vehicles. There is also 1 assigned parking space in front of the garage door for compact cars only. Please don't block neighbor's garage door.​
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.
*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.

They should have wifi when advertised, and it might be good to inform people the neighbor hates this property is a short term rental. They will make up complaints and act juvenile.
