Nestled in the vibrant Seaview neighborhood of West Seattle, our fully renovated 850-square-foot basement mother-in-law unit offers everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Enjoy the cozy ambiance of heated radiant floors in the hallway, bathroom, and kitchen. The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a washer, and a dryer. Both bedrooms are equipped with queen-size beds and memory foam mattresses. A dedicated workspace (desk and chair) is in one of the bedrooms. In the living room, a sleeper sofa folds into an additional full bed, accommodating two more guests.

Step outside to the shared gated backyard, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day of exploring Seattle.
Ample free street parking is available, and our location offers easy access to all the city has to offer. We’re just a short walk from the West Seattle central shopping area, where you’ll find grocery stores, restaurants, and charming boutiques. Don’t miss the Sunday farmers' market that transforms the main street into a vibrant hub of local flavors and crafts!
Discover nearby attractions like Alki Beach, Lincoln Park, and the Coleman saltwater pool—within 2 miles of your stay. You can also take the ferry for day trips to Vashon Island and the Olympic Peninsula. For quick access to downtown Seattle, the West Seattle Water Taxi departs from Seacrest Taxi Pier and takes about 15 minutes. It’s a convenient option for getting to events at Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park.

No pets are allowed in the unit.
Feel free to dine outside in the backyard at the small outdoor table with two tall chairs.
The unit features central heating, heated floors, a portable heater, and electric blankets. If the temperature isn't to your liking, please let us know, and we'll adjust the central heat for you.
While the unit does not have air conditioning, we provide floor fans for the few warm Seattle summer days.
