Clean room. Very responsive staff. Good location. Good price. It’s only kind of a loud street but I didn’t mind and they provide ear plugs. There was also plenty of available parking for free.
Nicely kept room. Very clean and well maintained. Only issue is that address marker is black and above lit porch, but hard to see at night. Definitely would return.
We are very happy with this stay. We love the room and access down the hall for laundry. Its clean and newly renovated. They even allowed us to arrive an hour early. $25 uber to the port. I will definitely recommend this place to friends coming to Seattle! Thank you
We loved our weeks stay here. The shared kitchen has 2 refrigerators so we were able to keep breakfast items for saving $ and ease in the mornings, and keep our drinks/water cold. Has everything you need like at home. Even a cabinet full of spices and seasonings. Our room was clean, the bathroom very nice with shower products, and the bed and pillows were very comfy. In- room refrig and coffee/tea maker too. The whole place is either new or remodeled. Walking distance to a grocery and restaurants and the fabulous Kerry Park. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.
Place was clean, everything seemed relatively new, bathroom/bathtub was nice, everything worked, easy to get in and out. Shared kitchen isn't my preference, but it was well maintained.
The check in process was the worst, most frustrating, inconvenient experience. You are located right on a busy road with lots of traffic noise. The room and bed are small but adequate. It’s super clean, which you pay an extra $47 fee for that you don’t find out until after you have booked, and everything else is good.
I made this booking at the last minute so there were a few minor hiccups at check-in but all it took was a quick phone call to the owners who were very helpful and got it sorted. It's in a great location adjacent to a big park and a quick drive to all the Ballard/Fremont/Queen Anne spots (it is on a busier residential street with a bus line...we had no problem with noise but I did notice they provide ear plugs for extra-light sleepers). It's a small, comfortable bedroom in good condition; we didn't use the shared kitchen so I can't speak to the common area. The bed is one of those firmer memory-foam-type mattresses and had lots of fluffy pillows. There was an A/C unit in the room, a little fridge, and big smart TV so I could definitely see it being a good home base for future Seattle trips.
One note on accessibility: it was probably in the listing and I missed it, but our room was on the third floor so there were lots of stairs. If you have mobility issues this may not be the place for you, but otherwise we found it to be a very comfortable stay.
The communication from the property manager was excellent. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
This is basically a cheap hostel in a nice part of town, many facilities in the same building each rented out individually and with a shard kitchen/laundry. I don’t think anyone actually lives in this building full time. Furniture is all cheap IKEA furniture and the bed was about it fall apart underneath us. The kitchen also had an abundance of spoons but no forks at all.
Clean room, good air conditioning, and nice bathroom. Nicely located next to a quiet park and also next to a very convenient bus stop for getting into town.
I probably should have read the description better but this is a room in a larger unit. There are 3 floors of units and the only bummer is that the doors are not the most sound proof so you can hear other guests pretty easily. There was also a fire alarm beeping for low battery all night so sleep was not fantastic. Did not use the shared kitchen but there seemed to be plenty of space and amenities cook with.

Can’t review
Sadly, I was not able to go so I can’t give you a review. I hope I can stay there in the future.
Street parking is limited; it’s a steep walk up the hill if the only parking is available at the street one block behind.

Liked: Property conditions & facilities
Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
This was extremely misleading. Its a room, not an apartment. The shared - not private - kitchen had open crusty sandwiches out, the tiny little closet of a room (which was like a dorm room, 1 of 8 total tiny rooms) had no way of locking once leaving, only from the inside. When I got there there was no way to know which room was mine, as they never communicated anything about it. It is located in a nice area, and aside from the community fridge with open food in it and the big brown bug seen scurrying away as I opened the door (not saying it was a cockroach as I didnt snap a picture or stay to find out) the rest if the property seemed in fair condition. I left after being there less than 5 minutes, after the 20 minutes I stood in the hallway not knowing what room was mine and unable to get a hold of anyone to help. Reserve at own risk.
