Nice apartment good location

The place was very comfortable and spacious. Check in was easy. Hosts were super responsive. Wonderful Analog Coffee right around the corner. Will stay here again!

Cute penthouse in the heart of capital hill

We had such a great time! Jeff and shimon were very quick to respond and very accommodating. The place was exactly as the pictures. The view was everything! We hope to be able to stay here in the future.

Not Sleepness in Seattle

Jeff and company have a really cool thing going on here. Very open and roomy living area. The panoramic views are impressive, and the rooftop was a great place to share a bottle of adult beverage. Love the neighborhood…the cool people live her.

Great option for a Seattle visit

We appreciated the proximity to the Pine st restaurants & shops, Volunteer park, as well as the easy access to other neighborhoods. Spacious 2-bed, 2-bath set-up made it easy to share the space with 2 couples. Jeff was very communicative making it easy to check-in and check-out. No crazy check-out cleaning requirements, no need to start laundry etc that I've faced with other hosts. Note the 10am check-out (felt early given hotels are typically 11am or can ask for later, understand they need time to transition but it does sneak up on you).
