Take a break and unwind in our lovely fully remodeled bright and spacious downtown Condo!

This home is just around the corner from Seattle Convention Center and is located 2 mins away from Seattle Public Library-Central Library, 5 mins to the Beneath the Streets, 6 mins to The Seattle Great Wheel, 5 mins to Pier 55, 4 mins to Frye Art Museum, 11 mins to Mt Baker Beach, and 3 mins away from different restaurants nearby!

Must be twenty years old or older to book.

We have done everything we can to make this place as enjoyable as possible for your relaxing stay! Perfect for travelers, couples, friends, and working professionals!

The home has a cozy living room and has 50" TV perfect to stream your favorite movies and shows. The dining and remodeled kitchen are fully-equipped to make everyone's meal.

The master features a comfortable queen-sized bed and the 2nd bedroom has two twin-sized beds.

Full sets of sheets, linens, and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels are provided for guests to use!

High-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 1 Gbps and 1 free parking spot are all available during your stay!

*The building uses steam boilers that have a heating schedule.

* There's a coin laundry available in the building.

*Additional paid parking (beyond the free spot) is available in a secure underground parking garage located across the street from Nordstrom. The Pacific Place Garage has 2 entrances on 6th Ave (between Pine – Olive Way) and 7th Ave (between Olive Way and Pine). Parking hours are 5:00 AM - 2:00 AM and parking clearance is 6ft 8in. This parking garage is 11 mins walk away from the building and costs 20-30 dollars a day.

The check in went smoothly. Micheal was very attentive to our messages and the place was amazing. The perfect place for a weekend getaway, close to downtown but far enough away that the neighborhood was quiet and a great place to walk around. Will be booking here again when we return to Seattle!

Great Location, Helpful Hosts

The property and location were great. Our hosts were very friendly and very helpful with any issues we had. Checking in and accessing the garage can be a little confusing but they provide very clear instructions — just read through it all! I would gladly stay here again.

Comfortable and closeby

My family and I stayed here over spring break. It was a quick 10 minute walk to Pike Place Market. There were also restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The kitchen has what you need to stay for a few days and the coffee maker came with sugar, powder creamer and liners. There was also complimentary tea. The bedrooms were comfortable as well. Onsight parking was in a garages across the street from the apartment building and convenient. For best practice, I recommend checking into the room and unpacking your car/taking everything up to the unit, then parking in the garage. The view from the rooftop was beautiful, especially at night. Michael, the host, was very responsive with any needs we had during our stay and very helpful.

Good Stay

Stayed 3 nights at this property and the location was perfect for taking in a Huskies game, Seahawks game, and concert at T-Mobile. Starbucks roastery only a block away - which was a nice bonus. Having a parking spot including is very beneficial. Kitchen and living room area was comfortable. Excellent communication with Michael who provided all the details required and checked in regularly to ensure we were having a great stay.

Great location

This property is in a great location. We enjoyed being able to walk to Pike’s Public Market and other various site seeing attractions. We also enjoyed the rooftop deck after a full day of exploring. The host was very responsive and made sure we enjoyed our stay.
