We liked the big spacious room but it needs to be updated. Good area because it’s close to the airport. Staff was very nice. Breakfast could use a bit of help too.

Larger than average room. Clean room. Not much in the way of amenities, but perfectly fine when you need something close to the airport. EXCELLENT service from the night clerk/ shuttle driver. She could not have been more helpful and pleasant.

Friendly staff. Good transportation from airport and to the cruise terminal. A couple of food places within walking distance. Decent breakfast. Nothing to fancy, but well tended to. Would stay here again.

There is really nothing around this property without walking a fair distance. The staff was very nice. The room was a little outdated. The complimentary breakfast was not good at all.

The pillows were uncomfortable, the television was mounted too high up, the bath and sink plugs wouldn't keep the water from flowing away, the in room safe didn't work,the breakfast items were disappointing.The staff were friendly

This is an older property, the free airport shuttle pickup went pretty well. No elevators so be prepared to haul luggage. Staff was friendly and helpful. Drawbacks Morning breakfast consisted of a loaf of wheat bread for toast. 2 kinds of cereal and hard boiled eggs. I walked to subway for breakfast. The cruise shuttle didn’t happen because driver was ill so I had to book a $70 uber. WiFi was good. All in all I think they are trying but improvement is needed.

Dated property, room was okay, bed comfortable enough - it was clean , you have to carry luggage up steep stairs continental breakfast was very very sparse - not close to anything but a subway that was a bit pricy over other subways - location is in a sketchy area - they did offer to take you to the port- $30 each person only paid in cash - to check in early was $30 only paid in cash - free pick up to and from airport , van ride was an adventure as the driver weaved in and out of traffic like a nascar driver - owners very pleasant , van drivers very nice .
