The room was big and roomy with comfy beds and pillows. Room to spread out. It was very quiet inside and outside the hotel. We ordered a simple breakfast of poached eggs, potatoes and toast. The eggs were the best myself and mother have ever had. I would stay there again and recommend to a friend. There is some construction out front however we were offered assistance with our bags and parked at the bottom of the hill in the parking garage.

We stayed at the hotel for one night at the beginning of a WA vacation. For the price it was a good choice and walkable to the waterfront sites (though a steep hill going back to the hotel). Although the hotel was old and not updated, the rooms were clean and staff was helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Serviceable room. Great staff, friendly and helpful - they make this place worthwhile to stay at. Cafe and rooftop are great additions. Only a few flaws - shower was quite old and the water pressure was not great. Had to call for towels as they weren’t replaced one day, not a big deal but speaks to attention to detail. Location was good for Seattle Convention Centre, but is up quite a steep hill.

This was our second stay here to be near our daughter thru two major surgeries. It was wonderful to be able to walk easily between her hospital room and our hotel room. My husband and I were able to tag team and be with her as much as we wanted. Room was comfortable and clean. We also appreciated their very understanding cancellation policy. We never know how long our stay will be due to surgery complications so we needed a place that would let us add nights or cancel nights with VERY short notice without penalties. Staff was also very helpful getting us an early check-in since we had to be there for an early AM surgery but normal check-in was not until 4 PM. No one ever gets any sleep in a hospital room, so it was great to be able to slip back to our room for a nap when needed. Highly recommend!

The hotel is old but well-maintained; the rooms and bathrooms are spacious. It has an excellent location and attentive staff—even though we arrived very early, our room was ready for us. There is a very pleasant restaurant with delicious food. I recommend it.

All staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again. Great coffee and the shampoo, conditioner and lotion were wonderful. Made my hair feel so clean, soft and smelled really good.
