We had an amazing week at this property close to everything we wanted to visit short walk to transit to airport this was our first time in Seattle and loved it we definatley will return thank you for letting us stay at you place it was perfect

Great location

Really great stay. Nice accommodations, lots of awesome restaurants nearby and don't miss the wine bar at vinny's for happy hour oysters. Easy walk to pike's market as well as the space needle.

Good location, great for short stays

The property was clean and stocked with toiletries and other household items. The check-in process was fairly easy, we had to meet up with an employee to get us access to the building and get our keys. We enjoyed hanging out on the balcony, being able to walk to most places, and having access to streaming services on the TV. Our only complaint was the bed was not the most comfortable and was very squeaky anytime you moved. Overall, we had a great stay!

Noisy and not very clean

It was a good location but it was loud, and very bright at night. If you like it dark bring a sleeping mask. The shower curtain was moldy and the tub didn't drain well. The hot water doesn't last very long.

Location was great. Carpet stained, dirty shower curtain with hair stuck in the walls of shower, every spare sheet or bed set was completely disgusting- stains on blankets from other people (think about it) and stains on sheet’s. Couch had stains on it too. Courtyard was nice with pool and hot tub. One of our key fobs didn’t work. All things could have been avoided and not happy with my stay here.

Maintenance issues and Vacasa staff not responsive!

We did not have a working toilet for the entire 2 day stay and although Vacasa was notified and I spent the entire time stressed and dealing with them- no one came to fix or address the issue. The building itself is nice and felt secure but not having a working toilet ruined the experience.

Great location but issues with unit

Location is wonderful, close to lots of city attractions and amenities. The included parking is very helpful, as street parking is difficult in the neighborhood. That said, the unit needs some work and updating. Rugs and comforters were dirty, some common items were missing from the kitchen, and the bathroom was dirty on check-in. The street is incredibly loud, so it’s difficult to sleep with windows open and there is no AC in the unit. I would not stay there again in the summertime.

Wonderful vacation

The unit was very clean and very new looking. A cute balcony we put our chairs on and so enjoyed oriole watching. The location was perfect walking distance to everything you want to see!

Location

Location was convenient to a bunch of touristy stuff as well as the stadiums. Kitchen is tight but we didn’t really eat in either, too many fresh seafood choices nearby. Place was comfortable for the few days we were there.

Nice place/good location

Stayed here for a couple nights to see a concert at T-Mobile Park. The place was very clean. They have a greeter who takes you to the room and explains how to get in and out which is helpful. The location is good with Pike’s Market and the Seattle Center within walking distance.

Loud, dirty, unsafe but located near atttactions

Getting a reply from vacasa won’t happen. Upon arrival we found a big toenail on desk, a long hair on kitchen counter, a screw on floor next to bed, dirty tub and empty hand soap bottle. The toilet mainly flushed by us removing the lid and manually lifting lever. The reason they tell you to close the door and make sure nobody follows you in is because it seems every homeless person in Seattle lives on that street. It is above a restaurant and bar so the noise goes to all hours. In addition to sirens blaring all night every night. The 7th floor area shown is only accesssible from 1st ave. This location is on 2nd ave. The only light in bedroom is two bedside lamps. There’s no ac and only a fan in living area. The only good thing about this space is the location. It is centrally located to all major attraction Seattle. Highly disappointed in this stay especially considering the price I paid to do so. I have pics for reference.

Splendid location and comfortable spot

So close to many awesome parts of the city in a very clean and comfortable space. Loved the amenities, got to use the gym, pool and sauna! Doug was really awesome and east helping with check in. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Seattle!

Great location enjoyed our Belltown condo

This is a perfect location, everything available for a perfect stay. The kitchen and laundry made everything easier. The only issue we had was the bed. Our backs feel horrible now and need a chiropractor. FYI spring mattress are so outdated.

Belltown Court

The location can’t be beat. Walking distance to many attractions like the Space Needle, Pikes Market, the Aquarium. Many good restaurants close by too. We’ve stayed at Belltown Court many times but the first time in this apartment. The apartment was clean but could use a little updating. We would stay here again.

Nice Property /' Awful Service

Property was nice, clean and convenient. On site parking also a plus. Check in was a nightmare. Site rep "forgot" to call and meet us to provide keys. we could not get thru to Vacasa on the phone or email, so we were left wandering the streets for hours until we finally found a way to get someone. Not reflective of the property, which I would highly recommend.
