“Absolutely disgusting place. Unhygienic and unsafe for a child/ any family. It instantly smelt of rats and it was clear the apartment had not been cleaned. Multiple dead animals were found, including cockroaches in the shower. The utensil cupboard, which smelt horrendous, was clear that rats were living in there as multiple rat droppings would appear daily. The people were nice but I believe it was unnecessary that 3 adults (2 men and 1 women) show up, on my first night, at the door at 11pm. I……

“Staff was somewhat responsive. They moved us to a quiet room from the initial room allocated which was nice. We requested to book a scooter that they said they would book and get in 5 minutes because we had an appointment that we had to get to in 15 minutes. We were checking in and coordinating delays to the appointment. After 30 minutes I asked where the scooter was and the place they called was out of scooters, but they didn't notify me. It took another 20 minutes before we got a scooter. It……

“10/10 – Great place to stay. Good location, just one street back from the main street, so it feels quiet and secluded but is still close to everything. The staff were always friendly and helpful. It was exactly as listed, and I’d definitely stay here again if I came back.”

“This place is nice and quiet, though from the street, you do not know where to go to access the property and if arriving at night, its difficult to find. The street sign is hard to see as there's a tree in front. The booking confirmation needs to have photo of the pharmacy out the front with directions to walk down the right hand side. The apartment I had could do with some extra amenities, face cloths/washers, cups in bathroom, somewhere to hang the pool towels etc. Overall, it's a great……
