「Veldig fint hotell, med fantastisk service, flotte og romslige rom og sentral beliggenhet. God og rikholdig frokost. Restauranten er også utmerket, men i en ganske høy prisklasse. Vi hadde en middag der i løpet av vårt opphold, og det var en gastronomisk opplevelse! Kommer gjerne tilbake hit!」

「建物全体からほのかに壁の木材の香りがして、到着後すぐにリラックスさせてもらいました。特筆すべきところは料理とワインです。料理に詳しくないのでイタリア料理に含まれるのかどうかはわからないのですが（南チロル料理なのかもしれません）、サラダバー＆パン→一皿目と二皿目（どちらも毎日2種類から選べます）→デザート、の夕食にワインなどのお酒を追加できます。そして全て素晴らしく美味しい。スタッフの皆さんも親切で、しばらく宿泊させてもらっているうちに、実家に帰ったかのような暖かさと安心感を感じました。最寄り駅からは歩くと少し遠いので、直行バスの時間が合わなければ15分ほど歩きます。」

"The room is big. The location is convenient. The staff is amazing. My car was broken after checking out. I was in a trouble to communicate with the rental company by English since the staff of the rental company spoke poor English. Fortunately, a male staff of the hotel reception took over and communicated with the rental company by Italian. Otherwise, the problem could not be solved efficiently. For the room, it is better to install a curtain to the bath tub so that the water will not be spreaded over the floor."
