“Staff were courteous and helpful but the property is aged and poorly maintained. Wallpaper is peeling, upholstery is stained or delaminating, tub grout has black mold. Hampton Inns have been my preference when traveling but the ratings were misleading re the condition if this location.”

“Was a little taken aback about the lack of an elevator. While clean, the property definitely needs a bit of updating. I appreciated the lower price point and it was very quiet. Beds were comfy but rooms were stuffy, the AC didn’t seem to be able to keep up!”

“Not the fault of the facility, lightning had destroyed the elevator control council and the Ice machine on our floor. I am 76 with bad arthritis and don't do stairs well, but there were no rooms available on the first floor. When we got to our room, the toilet would not stop running. “First, the room looked nothing like what I had booked! There was supposed to be a separate area for the pullout bed. Since someone in the group snores, that is majn reason for booking this room. So that person worried about that all weekend. I requested a rollaway bed but didn’t have that either. Good thing one person didn’t come with. “The phone lines were down, so when I tried to call for service, I ended up having to go down to the lobby to ask how to use the shower. The person at the front desk was very professional and very helpful.”
