I have a very bad experience at this property. First and foremost the checking experience at the preferred club is not all the best. They don’t explain any amenities that the property has to offer. Then when we arrived to our room the bathroom shower handle broke off and hit my foot causing severe pain. I lost my only night at this property because of the pain that I was in. I called the property to report and they didn’t empathize with me for what had happened. They only filled out the report and that’s it. Not very satisfied with the situation.
