“This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The room was filthy, with dust everywhere. Cigarette butts were scattered near the door, and the entire night cigarette smoke filled the room. It was impossible to sleep or stay comfortably. The fan was extremely noisy. Terrible experience — not recommended at all.”

“We request 2 twin beds with a smoking room, but when we check in, the staff tell us the twin bed don’t have smoking room. Then why we can choose twin bed with smoking room? I don’t know the problem is from the staff or expedia, and the answer is the same from the staff. Ok then, doesn’t matter the problem from ibis or Expedia, you should correct your option anyway from the situation like this. Hope this comment can let the one come after to know the situation. In the future , I won’t choose……

“We stayed 3 nights at the New Hindustan by Backpackers Heaven the price is right and the service is really nice. The best thing was to met Jahn who helped us plan our trip through India. He made really good suggestions and showed us what is possible. Without him we wouldn‘t experience India completly. Just for him, his positivity and his effort to give us the full experience of India I would stay there again. No regrets to choose this place at all”
