Nobody available online via hotels.com. . Lucky that cafe owner knew number of hotel owner. He cam out and let us in. Otherwise a miserable night would have been had. Utterly c Incompetent lack of communication or access to communication. Must be fixed."

"Honestly could not have asked for more. The service in the hotel was perfect- friendly and helpful.Professionals doing their job very well. We actually unusually,chose a suite- worked so well for us mid- trip with loads of complications- wonderful space to relax. Loved the pool and the situation. Was no problem to them that we had booked breakfast then the time of our pre- booked wildlife tour changed so they bagged it up for us. Ate in the restaurant the first night because we were tired and didn’t want the hassle of finding somewhere else- ate there the second night because we had enjoyed the first so much."

"Buen hotel. Muy bonita la habitacion y bien conservada. Buena ubicacion. El desayuno pueden mejorarlo....para que la experiencia sea 5/5. Tiene un costo de 14 euros y la unica opcion de huevos que habia...eran huevos revueltos, recomiendo hacerlo personalizado el tema de los huevos al menos. Lo demas, estuvo bien."
