This new 3 bed 1 bath home is the perfect location in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Sedalia. It has great proximity to anything you could want to do for dining, shopping, or recreation. This home comes fully furnished with all amenities, has all new stainless steel appliances, and a washer and dryer. There is a screened in porch in the back to privately enjoy the outdoors and a large patio for extended outdoor space. Great place!
My husband and his crew stayed in this house while they were working out of town. He said it was super clean. The dryer was needing repaired before they got there, but the owner communicated with us when the repairman would be there to fix it and make sure the time worked for us. Great communication and over all a great experience.

Nice home in great location
We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the convenient location near the fairgrounds, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The property is nicely done and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and nice for walking.

This place was great! Its in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, close to a main road with many restaurants and shopping. The house is very nice and clean and communication with the host was superb! She was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly.
