We used the hot tub and the pool every day! The property was clean and pretty and really centrally located for our hikes and activities. The staff was professional and kind. It was a great stay!

Everything was absolutely perfect. The pool and hot tub area was clean and well maintained. The rooms are big and have everything you need for a great stay. And the view from this place is amazing. I would definitely recommend and stay here again anytime.

Location is good and staff were ok. Charged a resort fee for two night stay and then told they have no housekeeping service. I have never stayed in a property that did not AT LEAST empty the trash daily. Very disappointing and will not stay there again.

Check in and out experience was very simple! David, the maintenance guy, was an absolutely wonderful person when I came to the office to get help for being locked out of my room and the security lock was somehow locked from the inside. You’ve got a good one there! Keep him. The Concierge was over the top pushy but I do understand he is a sales guy.

This hotel was amazing! It was very close to Everything! It was super clean, spacious and had all the necessities you’d expect to get. There were 2 large swimming pools and hot tub which we really enjoyed! They give you free access to a washer and dryer. Parking is free in this hotel. 10/10 recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Bell Rock Inn in Sedona. Our suite was spacious, comfortable & clean. Ample bath as well as pool towels were in the room. The hotel assistant manager was polite & professional through the check-in. Fresh baked cookies were offered, we accepted & the cookies were delicious. The concierge representative was knowledgeable about hiking trails, provided us with recommendations about parking as well as restaurants/wineries. Since the property has been acquired by Hilton there was a pitch to go to a 90 minute info session about Hilton vacations. We declined to attend. There is not an elevator to the second floor so if you are traveling for an extended time or with a lot of gear this may be something to consider.

The room was outdated and had a very hard bed. There was a musty odor coming from the sink area and one electrical outlet sparked and went out. The staff was excellent and helpful. The room was clean. The pool and hot tub was clean and the hot tub was hot. I think Bell Rock Inn should lower their prices by $50 a night. Its not located in Sedona, instead its the village of Oak Creek, so you cant use the Sedona shuttle. Would i stay again? Not at 250 a night.

This hotel is excellent! I didn’t realize it, but it’s not in Sedona, it’s in the Village of Oak Creek. This means the Sedona shuttle won’t pick you up. But wasn’t a big deal, we were able to just drive and park at most trailheads and to downtown Sedona, and was a short walk to Bell Rock. Great room, clean, great pool and hot tub, and the staff were great!
