Perfect, even better than pictured!

This was one of the best house rentals we have experienced. The house was well-equipped, spacious, and in a great location. The backyard was lovely, with such wonderful views from it! Trails were very easy to access. All this at a more affordable price than a lot of Sedona properties. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay 10-12 May 2024.

Spectacular!

The home was immaculate and had everything you could want for a fabulous stay. We enjoyed playing the family games that were available for entertainment. The view is breathtaking and hiking is outside the door. Beds were superb and we enjoyed the bbq! Would come back in a second. Thank you!

Absolutely Beautiful

This home has beautiful views of the mountains and is very close to hiking trails.The kitchen had everything we needed including a keurig which was super helpful in the morning. The home is immaculate and comfortable. They even furnish 2 mini backpacks for hiking, which came in handy on our hikes. Check-in was flawless and communication was perfect. A truly wonderful trip to Sedona.

Sedona Trip

Our family had an amazing time during our visit to Arizona. The house was beautiful and would 100% recommend this property. The views were amazing and we spent quite some time just lounging on the back patio and admiring the mountains. Our host was great and made sure we had a pack n play available for our grandson. A definite 10 out of 10!

Stunning views, convenient location

Amazing red rock views at this convenient west side home. Lots of room choices for the family and all the comforts home. It was great to meet Sandy at the trail work day which was the main reason for our short visit.

Wonderful stay

Just left after a long weekend at this property and couldn’t have been more pleased. The house was neat as a pin and very well equipped. The neighborhood is quiet and the stargazing at night was terrific. Highly recommend this listing if you are planning a trip to beautiful Sedona.

A perfect getaway

We love this warm and inviting spot! It is a perfect place to build life long memories with family and friends. The location is superb as hiking, groceries, Sedona’s Sunday farmer’s market, art finds, etc are all within walking distance. The hosts (Sandy and Jeff) are great at communicating and will help out with anything that is needed. We can’t wait to come back.

Family vacation

The house is amazing, the location is amazing, the views are amazing. We loved everything about this property. Sandy was an excellent host and the house had all the conveniences of home and you could tell a lot of thought and care went into this vacation rental. Great place to stay!

The house was beautiful with amazing views. Everything was very clean and up to date. We really enjoyed our time there. Our host ,Sandy, was great to work with. She was quick to answer any questions, and take care of any needs we had during our stay. We would definitely recommend this place, and hope to return.

Perfect location

Friends were in from out of town and wanted to experience Sedona. The house is in a great neighborhood close to hiking trails. Far enough out of town to avoid all the tourist traffic, but close enough to enjoy all the shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again :)

Great House

Spent four nights and loved every minute of it. The house was spacious, clean and was in a great location. Enjoyed the short walk to the Sugartree trailhead and BBQ'ed whilst enjoying the great view from the patio. Loved the house, loved Sedona, will definitely return to both

Aamzing location and views!

If I come back to Sedona, I'd stay here again! Property is conveniently located to excellent hiking, shops and restaurants. The outdoor view is Amazing! The house is beautiful and spacious. It has everything you need to BBQ or cook a meal. Sandy was even kind enough to leave a crockpot for me so I could cook a Sunday Roast. Neighborhood is safe, walkable and within walking distance of many trailheads.A few places I would recommend: Golden Goose Restaurant, Sedonuts, Hideaway Pizza- all YUM! Don't hesitate to stay here!

Fabulous rental house!

The house was spotless, spacious, in a nice quiet W. Sedona neighborhood and the views were breathtaking!! Host was quick to respond to questions. This was my first trip to Sedona. I sure hope to go back some day and stay in this beautiful home again.
