Come into comfort in this charming Las Piedras townhome located in the Village of Oak Creek, an ideal base to explore the attractions and landscapes of Sedona.

This generously proportioned and sunlit unit is stylishly furnished with thoughts of your comfort and convenience in mind. On entry, you’re welcomed by soaring 12-foot ceilings and soothing interiors. The living area features plush leather sofas, an inviting gas fireplace, and a 50-inch flat-screen Smart TV for entertainment. A beautiful custom dining table with place settings for six that sets the tone for long, leisurely home-cooked meals. The adjoining kitchen is spacious and well equipped with all the kitchen essentials required on vacation and a separate seating area for four, ideal for sunny breakfasts and planning your day's adventures.

Corte Banca boasts 1,630 square feet of living space and comfortably sleeps 4 guests in two bedrooms with quality linens and bathroom essentials provided with care by the owners for your pleasure. The spacious master opens onto the patio and features a king-size bed with a dresser, chest of drawers and matching nightstands, a 42-inch flat-screen Smart TV, a generous walk-in closet, and an en suite 4-piece bath. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, matching nightstands, a walk-in closet, and an en suite 3-piece bath. All the comforts of home make your stay special. Small dogs under 30lbs allowed.

Go outside to a large, private patio with a large BBQ grill and outdoor patio furniture for relaxing, dining alfresco, and stargazing the Sedona skies.

We were attracted to this rental because of its 30 day minimum stay. The property provided a safe and secure environment with an attractive and quiet neighborhood.
