Simple home, pet friendly (but didn’t have a fenced yard for pets), most important to us is WiFi, the WiFi super slow, had trouble working remotely, owner attempted to replace router, but still slow and constant buffering-outlets loose, couldn’t charge phones, laptops, etc. needs upgrades, and addressing WiFi and new outlets, basic needs
