But my favorite parts of Sedona are the little known secret places, that you can explore and experience without the crowds. This gem is one of those secret locations. Sedona almost never gets snow, and when it does snow, it rarely sticks. So when a giant snow storm shut down the whole city last winter, we were dying to go out and get some epic snow pictures! Locals refer to this spot as the Birthing Cave. It is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy parts of the city. It is a fairly easy hike to get here, but getting up into the cave is a whole other story! It requires a lot of scrambling, and some serious guts! This trip was a combined family reunion and a wedding for our daughter. VRBO okayed a family get together for the family for Friday night, eliminating the potential concerns about holding an “event” which is not allowed by the City.Seating inside only was for 28. Lots more seating on the three decks.Communication with property manager was great.Property manager called us while we were on our way home to let us know that we had left a couple items and they promptly shipped them to us.While the stay was expensive, it was well worth it.The two homes rented by the sisters didn’t compare.A definite 10!

Family Girls Trip

Great location with spectacular views

This house was just like the photos online. It was very clean and equipped with just about everything we needed. Best of all, the concierge service was extremely helpful. Through them we found a fabulous chef, Nate Serkland, who provided meals for us throughout our stay! He was fabulous! The concierge also where Quick to take care of our needs whenever we contacted them. I would highly recommend this property!

Great place to stay with a group in Sedona. We had a group of friends get together and this house had so much space inside and outside for us to use. The house was as clean as could possibly be and in the perfect neighborhood, very good location.

Beautiful location and wonderful property. Met all our expectations. A couple of minor suggestions. 1. Lighting over dining room table was finicky and not nearly bright enough2. Oven is fairly old and could use updatingNeither of those was a deal breaker and the property itself was spacious and proved great for our large family gathering. Would gladly rent again.

Great Easter Holiday Trip

Beautiful property above the town of Sedona. The home was perfect for our family of adults and children. The hot tub was enormous and the children spent hours in the water. The kitchen and dining room table easily accommodated all of us. The house was easy.short walking distance to the local shops and an easy drive to all that Sedona has to offer.

A Slice of Heaven in a Gorgeous Desert Setting

The property was perfect and just as pictured. They didn't miss any detailing either which is always so appreciated. The details even had personality (signs in the bathroom detailing what not to flush made everyone giggle)! It was the small things that really made it so great - labeling of light switches was incredibly helpful. Sometimes you worry about a big group staying together, but there was SO much room to spread out and enjoy. The downstairs area was great for the mobile massage setup we coordinated for the guests - truly turned into the perfect spa vibe. 10/10!!

Amazing place

Group of eleven 40 something men for a reunion. We all had a place to sleep. Perfect location and also perfect view. Top notch home, maintenance, and housekeeping. Had everything we would have needed in the bathrooms, kitchen, laundry. Good parking for three vehicles. Would absolutely recommend and come back with any group of a dozen singles or 5-6 families.

Great location!

We hosted a retreat here and it was fantastic. Great location. The creek was a welcomed touch. Quiet neighborhood. The only qualm I have is that they had landscaping come without any notice, and when we emailed them to clarify, they told us we needed to let them know in advance when we were in ceremony and ritual to accommodate landscaping but there was nothing on my contract to confirm anything about landscaping. It was a very private event, so to have men taking up the backyard for multiple hours of our stay without any compensation for the inconvenience was sad. However, everything else was truly spectacular. Thank you!

Beautiful property and great for a group!

We loved the HyView Property! The space was great for our group of 12. The Master bedroom/bathroom is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The other bedrooms are great as well for a group. The kitchen is well stocked and the property location was perfect for us. The dining room table and main living room seat a large group comfortably. We also loved the large patio deck with hot tub. The views are stunning! We only had a few small issues. We had quite a bit of difficulty properly locking the doors leading out to the patios but we eventually figured out the main one. We were still a little concerned they were not completely secured. The only other issue was one of the downstairs showers being a bit difficult to use. The shower downstairs beside the room with 2 Queen beds is an awkwardly set up and actually tilted at the bottom and the door doesn’t close properly so requires propping. One of the ladies slipped in that shower. It seems more suited for children, but they would still need to be careful. Despite those small problems, we loved the property overall and would absolutely book it again!

Perfect Family Vacation

We absolutely loved this property. We had a few minor issues when we arrived but the management company handled really quickly. House is beautiful and great for groups. Will definitely visit again and recommend to friends.

Spectacular house with great views.

We beat the heat at the pool

Big house, plenty of space and almost everything that you have at home. Best views we have had in our many visits to Sedona. Expensive, yes, but for a group of ten or more it is a bargain. Really, the house is great and furnishings are top shelf. We will plan another trip when it is not so hot!

Fabulous House, View, Location

This is wonderful house. We picked the house for its generous size and amenities like the pool and hot tub. The amazing views from its elevated location in town was a fabulous bonus. The house is beautifully maintained and very well equipped with plenty of kitchenware. The foosball and skeeball tables delighted the kids. Sedona.org is great to deal with, always going above and beyond to address our requests. I highly recommend this place.
