Perfect spot

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Perfect location for our 5 days exploring all things Sedona and Grand Canyon. I would stay here and recommend this location to others.

Wonderful Stay

Our stay was clean and well equipped with the essentials. We spent most of our time travelling or hiking and coming back to “base” was very cozy. The pool and hot tubs are well managed and the golf course was a nice addition for a beautiful afternoon game. It’s very close to everything and out of the “bustle” of Sedona. This place will hold a special spot in our hearts as this was the trip my fiancé and I got engaged!!!

Girls Birthday Trip

Place is cute and quit comfortable and has everything you need. Parking was always available. Hot tub was within walking distance. We had our fur baby with us and were delighted with the thoughtful water bowl. Loved the park pass. We had a wonderful time :)Only issue we had was the master bedroom toilet was having issues, should have been dealt with before our arrival.

A delightful stay in a great location

We were looking for a property close to the village that would allow us to bring our large-breed dog. This property exceeded all of our expectations. The aesthetic of the property is exactly as advertised— everything is clean, and the kitchen was adequately appointed to even do a little bit of holiday baking. Communication was clear and the community in which the house is located is very convenient both in Yemen’s of location and amenities. Would very much like to return in the future!

Great spot to stay!

This was a really nice spot - great location, very comfortable and easy to navigate. The reason for the reduced star rating was the lack of TV in the master bedroom. It may sound a bit silly, but we booked this listing over others because the listing description (and photos) stated that there was a TV in the bedroom. My husband has a hard time falling asleep without one, so it was a restless week for him as he slept on the sofa. For those who don't care, it was a great stay. Please VRBO, update this listing to reflect actual amenities.
