With a lush backyard of natural green grass shaded by majestic sycamore trees, this home invites you to fully unwind, enjoy a picnic by the creek, or simply soak in the sounds of nature—all while being minutes from the heart of town.

Inside this charming one-and-a-half level home, you'll find four bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. Up to two dogs are welcome with prior approval and a non-refundable $250 pet fee.

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen features a gas range, stone countertops, and a spacious bar that seats five. Stylish cabinetry and rich hardwood floors tie the space together, making it ideal for both casual snacks and group meals.

Dining Area: Enjoy meals surrounded by windows that let in Sedona's sunlight and greenery. A large table seats eight, with an adjacent sitting area perfect for after-dinner chats or curling up with a good book.
