“Staff is just exceptional, helpful, very customer-orientated and always happy to help. I was offered a nice suite with kitchen on the high floor. The room was spacious and had all the equipment expected. It was very calm and there was no noise from road or in the neighborhood. So, I had a relaxing night before an early morning flight. I really appreciated the snacks as welcome gift. Hotel has got a swimming pool and fitness room in order to relax and practice sport. Driver was there to drive me……

“This was my 2nd stay at Al-Madinah. Again it is off the beaten path in a construction contractor area. Then again Muscat does not have an entertainment area of bars, discos, restaurants like other countries. Thus with the exception of the mall hotels few to nothing is walkable. This hotel give a great price for those of you who already have malls at home, so the mall hotels are really not special to you. “I find the hotel from the map of hotel.com. But after I took a taxi, i just found out the location on the map is not the same as in Google map. I should stay near to qaboos mosque and the feature of this hotel is that I could walk to the mosque in 5minutes. But actually it is totally another story and now no one is solving try problem and admit it is whose fault. Once there is someone hold responsibility I will change my comment”
