"I loved having our own private villa with a king poster bed! Fabulous air conditioning to cool off from the humidity. The outdoor jacuzzi for two was a spectacular addition to the outdoor shower and toilet with bidet. Breakfast is included and always starts with a phenomenal fruit tray. Then your choice of eggs, or pancakes or other options. We chose to eat here also for dinner and lunch as the staff are amazing and so attentive to all your needs. The portions are big! Literally anything I went and bought a bunch of fruits from the market and they took it and chilled it and gave it to me cut and ready without me even asking if they can, they went out of their way to do that. So yes this place is amazing especially the staff"

The head chef of this five star hotel will teach you how to make the best food. We took two classes and had the best food I ever had in my life. Additionally, Wid is awesome and so are the rest of the staff. Will be back next year again 100%"

"This hotel was amazing. Set in the jungle area, the scenery was stunning. View from room was gorgeous with sunrise over the valley. Room beautiful with large balcony to relax on. Many steps but so worth it and there is a funicular to assist down to the pool.amd spa. Food amazing, cocktails delicious. Staff very friendly. Highly recommend this property."
