"Very nice and cute room. Loved being on the river! We loved Anna in the restaurant for dinner!! She was so friendly and very accommodating!! Our only complaint would be your morning staff. They were all so grumpy, especially Tam. She never looked up at me. I asked her to not put foam in my coffee. She did. I told her I didn’t want it and she told me there’s not that much in it. She never removed it. She should not be working in customer service and if we had gone to breakfast first instead of dinner, we would have left and just skipped breakfast. The young lady that was sitting in the breakfast area acted like she wished she wasn’t there. The lady seating people seemed a little nicer but still not good with customers. You need new people working in the morning. I will be reporting this on Yelp. "
