"This house looks just like its pictures. It’s the second year we stayed here for our annual reunion with our college friends. We have our reunion at a different house in the neighborhood so we mostly just sleep at the house. Our only complaint is that both of the king mattresses are rather lumpy. Overall this house is great for families :)"

"Our daughter graduated from TX State & our whole family came out for the weekend. There were many of us, but the house is so big, we didn’t feel like we were stepping over each other. Communications between the owner were top notch: every message was answered immediately. We had no complaints & enjoyed our stay in comfort & peace."

"We met family for the weekend! They had 2 priorities - a concert at Whitewater Amphitheater and a day at Sea World so this location was perfect. The hosts reached out to get details about our family and our trip and made sure we had a pack-n-play for our daughter to sleep in. They even left snacks out for us! "The tiny house was just perfect for two old friends attending a nearby music festival. The house was clean and perfectly sized. The dining table turned out to be just the ticket for games when we weren’t at the festival. Dave graciously helped with a lockbox problem (totally my error). It was a good trip!"

"This is the perfect spot if you are planning to spend a night out on the town with your significant other, if you’re packing the whole family it is pretty loud after bedtime with the kids, the hosts did provide items to control the noise, but the bands at the bars and the motorcycles in town definitely roll into the night. Like I said, it’s a perfect spot for two but a tough one for the family with kids. Great hots and great location to downtown life."

He was a great host, making sure to communicate with us every step of the way from the second I booked to the time I left. The property was in a great location, as well! I will be booking again!"

"We had a great time. Great privacy in the back. Great access to river. Fun but slightly ackward in the front where the pool, hot tub, and grill are. The owners quarters located next to pool. The owner decided to do yard work when we were there. I said “thank you for letting us stay” and she turned with no response. They charged for towels that I don’t recall them becoming destroyed. (Hoping it wasn’t from my group however they had another guest the next night) Guess I am used to hosts calling...

"The house was great for our stay. We loved getting up in the morning and looking out at the river from the back porch. The evenings were so peaceful. We would love to come back in the warmer months to enjoy the pool and river. We had 9 people with us so we had plenty of room."

"The accommodations are perfect for a large group. We had several people who ranged in age from 20’s to 70’s and everyone had a blast!! This was a milestone birthday celebration and there was plenty to do for all. The property manager was very friendly and quickly responded to any and all communications. We did have to bring a charcoal bbq grill for our cookout because the rental only has a propane flat-top griddle but this is mentioned in the rental details so it was no surprise. Also mentioned...
