Très mauvaise literie

Location très chère, 723€, par rapport à la qualité des équipements et notamment le canapé lit qui a une très mauvaise literie. Nous sommes partis 1 jour avant car nous avions trop mal au dos pour continuer à y dormir. L'agence de location n'a pas tenu compte de nos remarques sur l'état de la literie, le sommier est en mauvais très état. Ce problème a déjà été signalé depuis 2021 ! Inacceptable de louer un bien dans ces conditions !

Il est absolument temps de changer la salle de bain! Puis ce n’est pas un studio mais une chambre La honte le prix que j’ai payé pour cette conneries Trop de bruit aussi autour, donc on est parti deja le vendredi comme on ne dormait pas Tres dessus !!!!

Très bruyant et vétuste

L'appartement est bruyant de part son emplacement mais il ne restait plus que celui là, près du centre. Par contre la gestion par l'agence est assez énigmatique. Pas d'état des lieux, ménage très léger(cafetière et toaster sales, sol pas très net et toilettes nauséabonds) et installations vétustes notament la table et les chaises sur le balcon, le canapé-lit bien qu'il soit neuf n'est vraiment pas confortable. Pour le prix c'est abusé, j'ai l'impréssion d'avoir été pris pour un jambon.

Location très correcte pour le tarif. Juste un problème de plomberie bruyante et un frigo qui tournait sans arrêt. Cela devrait être réparé après notre départ. L'appart était très calme car nous avons loué hors saison, et au début du déconfinement. Nous avons apprécié dans l'ensemble.

Idéal pour un couple de surfer.

Emplacement parfait pour le surf et profiter de l’ambiance du parc aquatique et du centre ville animé du Penon. Ne pas être trop exigeant sur la modernité de la salle de bain et le coin cuisine qui sont un peu vieillot. Et heureusement qu’il faisait beau et qu’on a pu utiliser le balcon car une fois le lit déplié on ne peut plus trop bouger dans l’appart, mais on s’y attendait. Comme on a pu stocker les surfs et faire sécher les combinaisons sur le balcon c’était parfait pour nous. L’orientation plein ouest et la vue du lit sur le parc aquatique la dune et les couleurs du couché de soleil sont vraiment super appréciables. On a passé une super semaine.

Cumple su función

Apartamento muy pequeño, pero como solo lo utilizabamos para dormir y poco más, pues cumple su función, si no vas a estar muchos dias o no vas con mucha gente es aceptable. Eso si, esta cerca de la playa, restaurantes, tiendecitas y de varios supermercados.
