Reference 584 : Seignosse Ocean, Residence DE LA PLAGE, a 30 m² T2 alcôve, classified 1*, with a south-facing balcony on the 1st floor without asenceur of a secure residence located at the foot of the dune. Direct access to the ocean, between the Bourdaines and Penon beaches. Ideal for a family of 2 adults and 2 children.

The apartment comprises a living room with a non-convertible sofa, a dining table, a TV and a sliding glass window opening onto a 5.77m² balcony (south-facing), with an unobstructed view over the green spaces.
A kitchenette equipped with a ceramic hob, a small 3kg washing machine, a cupboard with microwave, fridge and oven.
A shower room with shower, washbasin and storage cupboard, WC, and a high window.
The bedroom has a 140cm bed with built-in closets, a storage cupboard and a window onto the landing. Two wall cupboards will be closed by the owner.
An alcove opening onto the living room with two bunk beds for children under 15 only, a chest of drawers, a small dressing room and a window.

Close to seasonal market, restaurants, skate park, forest, water park.
Private parking at the foot of the residence.

Small dogs allowed (max 10kg) on request (extra charge).

Sécurisé et praticité

L'appartement est optimisé et possède le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Bien placé dans une résidence sécurisée, à environ 10 min à pied du coeur de seignosse. Parking voiture + vélo Accès directe à une plage non surveillée entre 2 grandes plages qui le sont (Bourdaine et Penon) Proche du parc aquatique Atlantic Park. Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances ! Merci à l'équipe ORPI DUFAU pour l'accueil !
