Cons: very old equipment + electrics, near to quite noisy crossroad, also from the hallway you can hear everything. Official check-in 4:30 p.m. In our case one bed was so squeaky… For low price you get low quality – so simple. Do not try to contact the hotel via messages – no response. "The apartment was perfect for our short stay before catching an early flight the next morning. The 3 of us were happy to find a spacious, clean and practical space to unwind after a cruise and get organised for our flight home. The staff were very helpful when checking in and took our luggage so we could go and explore Lisbon while our room was not available. The receptionist helped us with our luggage up the stairs. The shared bathrooms were almost always available when needed and if they were occupied, you could go down a few floors and find a free one. The woman who checked us in was very sweet. "Lovely comfy room in amongst a couple of restaurants. Shame the shower door leaked making bathroom floor wet ,and being festival month it could get quite noisy but staff couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful and would definitely recommend a stay 😊"
