This holiday home, built in 2010, is only a few minutes walk from the beach and in a wonderfully quiet location. You can relax on the terrace and enjoy the scent of flowers, herbs and the shady trees in the garden. Around the port of the small village of Sumartin you will find nice restaurants, cafes and taverns where you can try the freshly caught fish and many other specialties. Near the village you will find pebble beaches, sandy bays and a rocky beach as well. The old church of St. Martin, built in the pre-Romanesque style, the monastery museum and the beautiful, spacious park also have their charm. By the way, Brac is one of the few destinations in Croatia that also has sandy beaches. Interesting landscapes, beautiful harbor towns like Milna, Sutivan and Bol look forward to your visit and last but not least the most beautiful beach in Croatia, the Golden Horn near Bol. A wide range of typical restaurants, taverns and farms with wine, olive oil, cheese, ham and fresh fruit and vegetables will convince you of the good quality and freshness of the offer on this beautiful island!
