"Loved my stay at Novotel Bishkek! Modern rooms, super clean, and in a perfect central location. The staff were friendly and professional, and breakfast was fresh and delicious. Great value and comfort—I’ll definitely return!"

"The front staff said they couldn't find my reservation. I told them the reservation number but they said they couldn't keep finding it. Eventually they said they would check later and gave me a room but it was very unpleasant."
