Nice hotel in a good location with a lovely spa area. However, we weren’t informed that the restaurant needed to be booked in advance, and it was fully booked for all three days of our stay — quite inconvenient since the town has limited dining options.

Cozy and delicious in a wonderful setting

Hotel Munsch was cozy, welcoming and comfortable with an incredible service staff. The dining room had amazing food and we enjoyed our stay tremendously. We would definitely stay here again. And the views of the Route du Vins were outstanding! Waking up to village church bella and fog were extra special.

My wife and I chose this hotel as a stop on our tour of the Route du Vin in Alsace. Although the hotel was adequate there are much better accommodations available in the area at a far better price. We were disappointed to learn shortly after checking in, that the restaurant on site was not an option. They offered only a menu that seems more geared toward groups that are staying at the hotel. We travelled to Ribeauville for dinner, and wished we had stayed there instead.

Unfortunately had to complain on arrival about the room , was in the 5th floor ,. could not use the balcony as it was full of roosting.pigeons and covered in poo . We after much discussion given another room No tea or coffee facilities in room and paper drinking cups only.no wine glasses. No tissues in room . Thin towels. The receptionist was lacking in hospitality training, would have loved to see a smile The only good thing was the breakfast.

The first room smelled of cigarette smoke and the second room had spider webs throughout and the lamps had burned out bulbs throughout the room. The pictures on Expedia did not portray the room correctly. The room and bathroom was very old. Additionally, the breakfast was not appetizing. My family and I only stayed two nights. My wife wanted to leave immediately unfortunately we would have forfeited $700 so we stayed and endured the sorry accommodations. Never would recommend this facility.

Det var rent och personalen var trevlig. Vi Äkte med tvÄ barn och det kanske inte var sÄ barninriktat, kvÀllsrestaurangen sa att de inte riktigt hade mat för barn sÄ vi fick Äka till mcdonalds. Inredning med mÄnga Är pÄ nacken men det var helt och rent sÄ det var mest kul. Fantastiska omgivningar.

HĂŽtel Ă  fuire pas de Clim dans les chambres (en panne ce jour et non prĂ©venu) il faisait + de 30 degrĂ© dedans. Pas de serviette ni paignoir pour la piscine (il faut les louer) idem personne vous prĂ©viens. J’ai demandĂ© Ă  changer de chambre et idem chambre sans Clim . Personnel dĂ©sagrĂ©able et le monsieur ose me dire que si je suis pas content je peux partir. 1 menu unique le Soir Ă  39€ pour manger du pĂątĂ© en croĂ»te ( idem indiquĂ© nul part sur le Site) Chambre sale mĂąle nettoyĂ© avec moquette mural et au sol . La tĂ©lĂ© fonctionnait mal (le personnel me dit il faut bouger le cĂąble d’antenne 😂) Ne rĂ©servez pas la bas . Du coup j’ai quittĂ© l’hĂŽtel et j’ai rĂ©servĂ© au best western Ă  10 min qui est top

Piscine froide,loin des 29°c annoncĂ©s. Douche de chambre qui marche pas,qu'un seul repas au diner du soir, si allergique tant pis pour vous,lumieres de table poussiĂ©reuse,dĂ©coration de table sale,pas de rideau qui se ferme,l'accĂšs a la piscine, penser a prendre une veste car ont passe dans un couloir froid. Filtre Ă  air sale au niveau de la piscine. Au repas,un cil trouvĂ© dans le repas,un serveur viens m'ĂȘtre en doute ma parole,du coup ma compagne n'a pas fini le repas qui d'ailleurs n'est ABSOLUMENT pas digne d'un 3 ÉTOILES. Point positif : la vue sur le chateau et le personne d'entretien toujours souriant.
