"Excellent property--exquisitely decorated and updated. Bedroom, living room with large refrig, hot plate, microwave, coffee machine and tea pot. Modern, updated bathroom with shower. Very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was at a local café. It included eggs, beverage, bread, cheese, veggies and meat. Street parking. We were able to find a spot within 1 block. Host was easy to work with and communicated well. Close walking to the Old Town. Highly recommend the Hermanstadt House!"

"The place smelled like oxidized sewer pipes. The beds were super small and only one flat pillow per person. The breakfast was limited and yogurt out of a sealed cup. The bathroom was exposed without a door to enclose and glass enclosures were dangerous to walk around the room. The bathroom tub was challenging to jump into to take a shower, very high and no bars or handles to assist getting in. The air conditioning was not operating, very hot during sleep."

The space felt bright and welcoming, with soft lighting, clean lines, and a modern design that still managed to feel cosy. I especially appreciated the floral accents and the large wall mural, which added personality without being overwhelming. The bed was comfortable with crisp, clean bedding, and the seating area made the room feel more spacious and functional. I also liked the practical touches — a well‑organised desk, plenty of natural light from the window, and a wardrobe with enough space for a short stay. Everything was tidy and well maintained, which made the room feel inviting from the moment I walked in. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, ideal for Sibiu when you want a clean, modern room with a calm atmosphere."

"Amazing property with spacious apartments instead of just hotel rooms. Parking might be a bit tricky if not paying for it in the underground parking of the property. Great location, very clean, and quiet."

"The best thing about the hotel was breakfast, big variety of food and all tasty. Other than that there are things to improve, for example the cleanliness. There were easily visible places that weren’t cleaned for weeks as you could see the buildup of dust. Also there are no tea/coffee facilities in the room which I found very weird because this is not something luxurious, many hotels have it and it’s considered standard. I asked at the reception for a kettle and fortunately they had. The walls are thin as you can hear your neighbours."
