「When I booked only 3 reviews were available two were 10’s the other a 2. I wondered if the 2 was a curmudgeon and if the 10’s were friends. Not a lot of other choices so I took the chance. This will now become my go to when traveling to Schenectady. It’s a studio (not a one bedroom) that is well laid out, clean and nicely decorated. The check in details were not provided until the day of (Expedia says they will provided 3 days prior). It worked out fine, but I prefer earlier than the day of...

「Cute ground floor one bedroom in a brownstone with fresh decor and ample space. Clean and welcoming with easy checkin/checkout. No communication issues and I booked at the last minute. Space has outdoor area and is stocked for basic cooking with extras like coffee pods and tea bags. Easy walking distance to downtown in quiet safe neighborhood. Found street parking easily on a holiday weekend. Would definitely stay again.」

「Comfortable, quiet, conveniently located property for a last minute mini family reunion near RPI / Troy NY. Hosts were very communicative and property was as listed. Waterford is a lovely small upstate NY town. A visit to the impressive Cohoes Falls is just a short car ride away. Peebles State Park is very nearby for a nice easy walk along the Mohawk River. Eagles and other birdlife were seen daily. An very enjoyable, relaxing stay. 」

「Host very warming and answered every call when needed. No problems at all other than the door lock sometimes but she handled it everytime!」

「Very nice, small apartment. Very clean and comfortable. There was no cross ventilation, but the AC worked fine. Great place for a night or two and conveniently located near wedding venues. I would have liked to know in advance that the street number was not on the mailbox on the road, but figured it out. Probably best to ask for a landmark. We would definitely stay again if in the area.」

「Lovely home in a central location! Fabrice's place was perfect for our weekend in Hudson. Fully set with everything we needed, easy parking, great communication. Comfy bed and cozy blankets. We could walk everywhere we wanted to be from morning fresh pastries to fabulous dinners out. We will definitely book here again next time we are in Hudson - the perfect home away from home!」

「It was clean and fully stocked and updated! The neighborhood is a little rundown, I wouldnt walk around it at night (as a non minority woman), but I felt plenty safe the entire time. I would definitely stay there again.」
