「Loved our stay here, everything was great. Wonderful ammenities from the kitchen supplies to the games in the basement and great environment. Be sure to be clear who is coming as home has had issues with parties. We weren't partying so no problem for us. Would 100% stay here again」

「Cool stay in a cute suburb type neighborhood, local shopping is nearby. Didn’t realize it was so far from the city but that’s ok. Nice and private, spacious apartment style. Only suggestion would be a better shower head. Overall a great stay!」

「We brought our 11 month old on her first family weekend trip, and this place was perfect. We love New Hope and know it well, and this was a nice distance from there to accommodate naps and doing some sightseeing. Super close access to the canal trails, and the most awesome porch. We spent most of our time out there when at the rental!」

「We enjoyed our stay in this lovely property. We were pleased the room was as pictured. At at first we were concerned when a few things that would make our stay more convenient appeared missing. However, upon getting settled we were relieved to find the room was thoughtfully arranged and contained everything we needed and more. 「Wonderful house, just as advertised. My brothers and I had a great time getting away. Walking distance to downtown and close to many activities including the bike trail. Host was very responsive on an early checkin when a few of us arrived in town early, and went out of her way to return a couple things we left there. 」

「Originally booked this location so we could take our 4-year old to Sesame Place (about 25 min drive), explore New Hope, and enjoy the pool. This was a great location to do all these things!It was not quite the vacation we were expecting when a severe storm knocked out power to much of the town, including the rental. Chip and Nancy went out their way as hosts to stay in communication about what was going on and even hooked up a generator for our last two nights so we could still use the rental....

「House and surrounding property are meticulously maintained. Jeff is easy to communicate with and always helpful. The house is even nicer in person than in the listing pictures! 」

「Very nice house to use as a base for a Doylestown wedding. Nothing fancy, but we weren't there that much. Very clean, comfortable and quiet with a nice kitchen. Great AC! The one problem was the entrance--It was very hard to find even when we knew it was hidden. Also it was hard to get out on the very busy road--visibility from the driveway to the road was obscured even for a right turn.」
