Welcome to this fantastic house in the town of Caimari, where 8 people find their second home at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range.
All the corners of this property, either inside or outside, emanate a great and special character and charm thanks to the rustic style of the natural stone and the pure beauty of the mountain right in the plot as you can see in the terrace, where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or a good barbecue when the sun sets. You will also find 4 sun loungers available in case you want to spend the day basking in the sun while admiring the mountain views.
When you enter, you find a beautiful and spacious living room with AC where you can chat all together, rest or watch the satellite TV. Behind a beautiful door you access the dining kitchen which is equipped with a ceramic hob and all the needed utensils to cook, as well as a great table with chairs to enjoy your meals all together, AC and direct access to the terrace. Right here you will find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. A shower bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed -with fan, wardrobe and a radiator-, complete the main floor. On the first floor, apart from a second little sitting room and a bathroom with a tub, you will find the other three bedrooms, all of them with a double bed, a closet and AC. In case you are travelling with your baby, we can prepare a cot and a high chair.
Caimari highlights thanks to its charm, peace and romanticism due to its location at the foot of the mountains. Views are nice and beautiful and invite to take long walks around to know the essence and nature of Mallorca. It is ideal for those who look for family places where everybody knows everybody and where you only can enjoy a coffee or dinner in the bar at the town centre and acquire some goods in the small grocery shop. However, just 5 to 10 minutes away by car you reach Inca, with all services. If you feel like going to the beach, Puerto de Alcúdia is only 26.7 km away, offering amazing white sand and crystalline water. You can also stay in the mountain range and visit the incomparable coves of Cala Tuent or sa Calobra.
