Finca agréable, dans un très bel environnement

Localisation sur l ile parfaite. Loin des routes et des flux touristiques. Jardin et terrasses agréables, paisible. Maison confortable et simple, spacieuse. Enfin, le propriétaire que nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer est serviable, avenant et très disponible. Le séjour fût parfait.

Liebenswerte Finca auf dem Land

Finca Vilval liegt bei Moscari eingebettet in die leicht hügelige Landschaft. Für die Anfahrt ist ein Navi unerlässlich! Der Besitzer ist total nett und wartet dort.Er spricht allerdings nur spanisch. Ein paar Brocken wären daher hilfreich. Er erklärt alles ausführlich und nimmt sich Zeit. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts! Das WLAN funktioniert allerdings nur im Haus. Das Grundstück ist 4000 m2 groß und komplett umzäunt. Es gibt zwei Terrassen und einen schönen sauberen Pool. Alles ist wunderbar ruhig und ländlich.Pepe hält auf der Finca Puten und Hühner, die sich frei bewegen können und teilweise auch neugierig sind. Tiere sollte man also mögen! Manchmal kommt Pepe sehr zurückhaltend vorbei um zu füttern . Für uns war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir werden garantiert wiederkommen!

es ist eine wundervolle Finca

Diese liebevoll eingerichtete Finca liegt mitten in der Natur. Wir haben die Stille genossen. Der Eigentümer ist wahnsinnig nett (auch wenn wir uns mit Händen und Füßen verständigen mussten, da er weder deutsch noch englisch spricht. Wir wurden mit einer Flasche Cava herzlich willkommen geheißen. Die Mitarbeiterinnen Agentur war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es hat alles sehr gut funktoiniert.

Une finca très agréable dans un environnement magnifique

Une maison très agréable avec une accueil très hospitalier des propriétaires très sympathiques, beaucoup de petites attentions afin que nous nous sentions comme à la maison. Un emplacement idéal pour randonner dans la région. Calme et nature, l'idéal pour se reposer.

Kleine Landhaus in ruhiger Lage mit Weitblick und Pool

Das Haus befindet sich in Alleinlage auf dem Lande auf einem sehr großen Grundstück, mit mediteraner Bepflanzung und ländlichen Accessoires. Vom Pool und den beiden Terrassen reicht der Blick über Feigen- und Olivenbäume in Richtung Binibona aufs Tranmuntana-Gebirge. Der nächstgelegene Supermercado befindet sich in Campanet (ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto). Zur Bucht von Alcudia fährt man nicht länger als 30 Minuten. Wir haben Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit gesucht und hier beides gefunden. Der Eigentümer (Jose, "Beppo", spricht ausschließlich spanisch) hatte für uns einen großen Obstkorb sowie, Milch , Wasser und Cava bereit gestellt. Die Übergabe konnte sogar schon um 13.00 Uhr erfolgen, statt, wie vorgesehen, erst um 16.00 Uhr. Das Haus und die Küche sind zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Alle Zimmer verfügen über eine Klimaanlage. Die beiden Einzelbetten sind leider etwas kurz geraten (180 cm). WLAN hat gut funktioniert ist aber ziehmlich langsam. Die Gartenmöbel sind höherwertig. Auf dem Grundstück hält Beppo ein paar Hühner und Puten, die gern zu Besuch auf der Terrasse und am Pool erscheinen. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß für eine angenehme Abkühlung, für sportlich ambitioniertes Bahnen-Schwimmen aber ungeeignet.
