VILLA III comprises of a two-storey pavilion linked by black-washed stone pathways, 6 x 3 meters swimming pool and a private garden. The 1st bedroom is positioned in the ground floor and the 2nd bedroom is upstairs.

The open-plan living room provides a comfy sofa, flat screen TV with satellite channels and DVD player whilst the fully equipped kitchen and 6 seating dining area are located on the left side of the main pavilion. This 2 bedroom villa can be rented individually, 4 bedrooms with Villa I, 5 bedrooms with Villa II, 7 bedrooms with the whole 3 villas (Villa I, II and III). Note: Villa III is located about 50 meters away from Villa I or II but still in the same laneway area.

Villa III have 2 bedrooms. The 1st bedroom is located in the ground level, furnished with air-conditioning, king size-bed, white clean ceramic floor, bedside tables with lamps, wooden cabinet, table with chair and dressing mirror. The bathroom have bath-tub with hot & cold water shower, wash basin and wooden-framed dressing mirror.

The 2nd bedroom is in upstairs, offering queen-sized bed, air-conditioning, white clean ceramic floor, bedside tables with lamps, wooden table with chair and dressing mirror. The bathroom have rain shower with hot & cold water running, wash basin with wooden-framed dressing mirror.
