The IZE was great.. Clean, friendly staff and close to all things shopping, food, activities and massage! There is quite a bit of night time road noise etc and the floor above us were a large group that partied until quite late which resulted in fighting and all could be heard in our room.. However, I would consider staying again..

I was originally meant to travel with a friend but ended up in seminyak alone. My original booking was a room with two beds, but since I was alone the hotel offered me a room with one king bed (this will be important later). My room was absolutely so dirty once I got in. There was spots all over the bathroom floors and shower walls. The counter in the room was covered in enough dust that it was clear it had not been wiped properly before I arrived. There was built up mildew around the drain and on other areas of the bathroom that made it clear this bathroom was not being properly cleaned over time. I called Expedia saying I wanted to check out early and asked them to see if I could get a refund for the remaining nights of my stay. They contacted the hotel and the hotel said it was unable to refund me because “I took a free upgrade” which was when they offered me the king room. So I then took photos of the issues in the bathroom and brought them to the front desk and asked for a refund for the remainder of my stay and said I was going to check out early. The hotel told me they could not refund me and instead they would only offer me an upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi. I declined as there is a zero percent chance I would ever consider soaking in a tub at this establishment given the poor hygiene in my first room. In the end I checked out early and received no refund from Expedia or the hotel. Moral of the story is don’t stay here and do not prepay accommodations.

Our 3rd time staying at Ize and won’t be our last. Lovely staff who all have a heart of gold. The room was clean, spacious and had a very comfy bed. Great aircon and good sized fridge. The bar and restaurant joined to the hotel are fantastic with lots of dining/drink menu options available. The hotel is on probably the busiest road in Seminyak so do expect motorbike noise and sounds from the nightclub next door (not an issue for getting to sleep). Overall a fantastic experience, thanks for having us Ize! See you again soon - Ryan & Jessica.

It’s a midrange hotel in a busy street. Hotel is okay but the street is constantly gridlocked making it noisy and difficult to access by any way other than foot. In reality eat street is overpriced for the very ordinary food available. Not what it used to be

Everything here was good - beds, cleanliness, service, food, accessibility, convenience! Loved that I could wash my laundry and it gets dried the next day due to the hot weather in Seminyak. There's even a rack for hanging clothes to dry.

Seminyak stay
The location of the hotel is very convenient, within walking distance to Seminyak village & a lot of F&B nearby. Hotel is clean but a little rundown. The bathroom taps were hard to turn and the jacuzzi has broken parts that kept coming loose. The staff was friendly and overall value for money.
