We have never had a worse check in experience - twice. Will never return to the hotel given how snarky, unwelcoming and condescending the staff is. Breakfast (for $14) is absolutely horrible. Rooms were clean - well equipped and modern. The location is great. Too bad the hotel that is otherwise lovely has hired people who have absolutely no people skills.
