The estate comprises two completely independent dwellings that offer flexibility and comfort:
Ground Floor:
A bright lounge/dining room leads to a fully equipped kitchen, complemented by a second lounge/dining room perfect for group meetings and meals, with direct access (from the lounge) to the spacious porch-terrace overlooking the pool and the lawned garden. In addition, there is a shower room and six double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. One of these rooms is particularly versatile and can be adapted as a double bedroom, a social lounge, or even as a bicycle storage area.
First Floor:
This dwelling features its own lounge, kitchen, and three double bedrooms with private bathrooms. The rooms have direct access to a porch-terrace on the first floor that offers panoramic views of the Serra de Tramuntana, as well as views of both pools (for children and adults) and the surrounding area. The outdoor spaces, including a generous parking area, complete this atmosphere of relaxation and conviviality.

Just a two-minute walk away is Can Grau Petit, a delightful independent cottage located within the same estate. With a capacity for 4 people, this dwelling features its own pool and garden, and comprises 2 double bedrooms with one bathroom. Thanks to this option, the total accommodation capacity can be extended to:
36 people (32+4), or alternatively,
28 people (24+4), depending on the chosen configuration.

EXTRAS andOPTIONALS:
From November to February:Stays must be a minimum of 5 nights, with an additional cleaning fee:Year 2025:For 32 people, 750€; and for 24 people, 600€.
Year 2026:For 32 people, 800€; and for 24 people, 700€.
Electricity:Charged according to consumption at 0.28€ per kW.
Tourist Tax: 2.20€ per day, per person.

The pool will remain closed from December through February (inclusive).
Can Grau Gran Cancellation Policy:a) A cancellation fee of 30% of the total price will be charged for cancellations up to 90 days before the date of arrival.b) Between 89 and 60 days before the date of arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price will be charged.c) Between 59 and 30 days before the date of arrival, a cancellation fee of 75% of the total price will be charged.d) Between 29 days before the date of arrival or in case of Non Show, a cancellation fee of 90% of the total price will be charged.
