“This is a very beautiful property located just outside of the town of Alcudia. It’s about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the old town area. The views from the back deck are amazing. We stay just two nights from April 1-3. Unfortunately, the weather was chilly during our stay so the house itself is pretty cold if you are staying during the cooler months. “Tres agréable villa de vacances située au calme dans un lotissement résidentiel à quelque kilomètres de la mer. Tout était très propre et la maison sentait très bon. La pisicine partagée est grande, très belle et bien entretenue. Nous avons par ailleurs été formidablement accueillis par Maria, la propriétaire, à qui nous disons un grand merci à nouveau de nous avoir fait confiance A bientôt :) ”

“La casa Bonita est une très jolie location, typique des maisons du village. Placée à quelques pas du centre historique de Sòller (rue piétonne avec de belles boutiques, un large choix de restaurants et commodités), sa terrasse à l’étage offre une vue sur les montagnes très agréable au petit déjeuner comme le soir. Proche de la gare (avec son vieux train pour aller visiter Palma), le village est idéalement situé pour découvrir le nord ouest de l’île. Nous recommandons sans hésitation. ”

“Lovely house fitted out to a high standard but fairly traditional. Three sitting out areas for all day sun or shade , one being a roof terrace . Excellent location between Pollença and Port de Pollença and there are Lidl and Eroski supermarkets three minutes away . Minus points , no air conditioning ( ceiling fans not very effective when it is really hot ) , no pool and a very narrow approach road , not for the faint hearted . We have been in 2024 and again 2925 and love it , enjoy .”

“Nos ha encantado el alojamiento, muy bonita decoración, mejor que en las fotos. Los anfitriones nos dejaron unos refrigerios lo cual agradecimos enormemente. De la casa a destacamos la limpieza y lo cómoda que es. El pueblo es muy muy tranquilo, si buscas más movimiento este no es tu sitio. Solo hemos ido dormidos desayuno y cena...el resto del día hemos estado de excursiones. A nosotros nos gustó mucho, hay algunos restaurantes en el paseo marítimo. Para una compra grande recomendamos comprar……

“Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen – vor allem die Gartenanlage ist wirklich wunderschön und liebevoll gepflegt. Der Pool liegt traumhaft eingebettet in das Grün, und man merkt sofort, dass hier täglich gearbeitet wird. Ein großes Lob an den Gärtner, dessen Einsatz wirklich sichtbar ist!Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, war aber sauber und funktional. Ein paar Ameisen hatten wir in der Wohnung, was im Süden allerdings keine Seltenheit ist und uns nicht……
